500 mlSoja Milk
1Salt
50 gramsDried Apricots (minced)
50 gramsRaisins
2 tspOil
20 gramsPistachios (minced)
20 gramsAlmonds (minced)
1Maple Syrup
1Soja Yoghurt

Roast buckwheat in a pan without fat until golden.

Add buckwheat, milk, a pinch of salt, apricots and raisins in a pot and bring to boil. Leave to soak on a low heat for 15min. Stir from time to time.

Add oil, pistachios and almonds.

Serve with maple syrup and yoghurt.
