Preheat oven to 350

Mix first four ingredients in food processor, then half pepper jelly and blend. Oil a 9 inch spring form pan and pour mixture I to it.

Place another pan filled with water on the oven floor or in rack beneath cake to help keep from drying

Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack, then refrigerate for several hours

Remove rim from springform pan, spread remaining jelly over top of cake. serve with crackers

Best served at room temperature
