Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Sirloin
  2. 1medium Yellow Onion
  3. 2 1/2 cupLow Sodium Beef Broth
  4. 1 1/2 tbspItalian Seasoning
  5. 1/4 tbspOnion Powder
  6. 1 pinchGarlic Powder
  7. 1 pinchGarlic Salt
  8. 1 tblsFull of Minced Garlic
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. 1 pinchPepper
  11. 1/2 cupElbow Macaroni
  12. 1 can (16 oz.)Stewed Tomatoes
  13. 1 can (16 oz.)Dark Red Kidney Beans
  14. 1 pinchParmasagn Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Dice Yellow Onion

  2. 2

    Add diced yellow onion and minced garlic to a medium size pot and let it cook for about 5mins while mixing it around (so it does not burn), when the yellow onion starts to cook, add hamburger meat. Ground hamburger meat and drain the grease.

    Add Low Sodium Beef Broth, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Fresh Minced Garlic and Salt & Pepper

    Add Elbow Macaroni, Stir, Cover & bring to Boil

  5. 5

    Reduce Heat, add Stewed Tomatoes, drain & add Kidney Beans

  6. 6

    Stir, cover for 8min's & serve into bowl

  7. 7

    Add Salt, Pepper & Parmasagn Cheese on top
