1/2 kgPotatoes
as neededCoriander leaves
1/2 tspcumin seeds
as neededOil
As neededCoriander powder
1Green chilli

Take a pan then put the oil on it. Then add potatoes which is chopped in round shape. Fry til light golden brown.Now add cumin seeds, coriander powder, salt and red chilli powder. Now add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve with chapati and paranoid.
