  • 1onion
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2julienne zucchini
  • 2carrots julienne
  • 3celery julienne
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupMonterey Jack cheese
  • 1tomato chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven.400. cook onion garlic in oil add vegetables for bout 3 - 5 minutes

  2. 2

    melt butter add flour pinch of salt chilli power pour in milk and whisk add cheese

  3. 3

    stir cheese with vegetables and spoon on each tortilla and roll up ..bake for 25 minutes
