Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 pieceof puff pastry(no matter what the size is)
  • 4 tbspsugar (depends if you want it more sweet or not)
  • 1adequate amount of butter

    preheat oven to 180°c

  2. 2

    defrost a piece of puff pastry

  3. 3

    spread adequate amount of sugar on both sides and press softly so that the sugar is melted into the pastry.

  4. 4

    start by folding about two inches from one side. Then do it on the opposite side again,alternately until they meet in the middle of the pastry.

  5. 5

    cut them into slices.

  6. 6

    spread each one out such that the shape resembles a butterfly.

  7. 7

    gently brush butter onto the sides of the butterfly-shaped pastry.

  8. 8

    bake the crackers in the oven, 180°c for 25 minutes will do.
