preheat oven to 180°c

defrost a piece of puff pastry

spread adequate amount of sugar on both sides and press softly so that the sugar is melted into the pastry.

start by folding about two inches from one side. Then do it on the opposite side again,alternately until they meet in the middle of the pastry.

cut them into slices.

spread each one out such that the shape resembles a butterfly.

gently brush butter onto the sides of the butterfly-shaped pastry.

bake the crackers in the oven, 180°c for 25 minutes will do.
