6 cupApple's-sliced
1 tbspLemon juice
3/4 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupAll Purpose Gf flour
1/2 cupGf OATS
3/4 tspCinnamon
3/4 tspNutmeg
1/3 cupSoft Butter
1 tspXanthan Gum

Pre-heat oven to 375°

Place Apples in 8x8 baking dish

Sprinkle peeled apples with lemon juice

Mix remaining ingredients and crumble over apples

Bake 30 min, until top lightly browns

Cool, and/or serve warm with vanilla ice cream
