preheat oven to 425

in a bowl, mix ground meat, milk soaked bread, parm. cheese, egg,salt and pepper

take a handful of meat , flatten it in your palm, nestle a piece of mozzarella in the center and wrap to meat around it , making l6 meatballs

coat meatballs in olive oil,and place on a cookie sheet

roast in oven for 20 to 25 minutes
