Sierra's Perfect Scrambled Eggs for 2

Steps

Place medium size frying pan on med-high heat and add the butter. While pan is heating whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, parsley if you choose, cheese and milk

Whisk until mixture is thoroughly blended and add to hot frying pan.

Continue to whisk while mixture is in frying pan. Whisk quickly and continuously. Eggs are done when they are soft scrambled with almost no liquid. Your eggs should be fluffy with small curds. Plate and sprinkle with parsley as a garnish.
