Bring a large pot of water to a boil & stir in sea salt , cook potatoes in the salt water until tender , about 30 min. & drain (let a little of the water in for extra flavor )

Put potatoes into a large bowl & add sour cream , cream cheese , butter , salt & black pepper to the bowl . Cover bowl with lid & let stand for 5 min. to soften butter & cream cheese , about 5 min.

Mash potatoes until smooth & creamy
