Boil the palmfruits for 20minutes.

Pound very well but not to crack it.boil 4 cups of water.

Dilute the water to be warm,pour the palmfruit in a sieve and gradually be pour in the warm water and be squeezing at the same time.

Dont pour in much water,repeat like three times and use the squeezed liquid and rinse off the remaining palm fruit.

Sieve the liquid(oil) squeezed out to remove dirts.place on the heat and boil till is a bit thick.

Blend the crayfish and fresh yellow pepper.put in the boiled oil,add salt and maggi cubes.

Boil cow meat and stockfish with salt,maggi cubes and onion.

Put the meat and stockfish.boil all for 6 minutes.

Wash and cut the scent leaves.put inside the pot.

Turn and serve hot.
