
Fried Chicken Livers and Onions

Rinse and cut chicken liver in half. Place livers in frying pan and pan dry. (Don't cook them all the way) Add Lemon juice let them soak for about an hour. After soaking drain and rinse well. Add about a inch of oil to frying pan, sliced onions and salt. Fry Onions and livers on median heat for about 15 minutes. Gradually sprinkle flour over livers and Onions. Fry until crisp and center of livers are a gray color. Yummy!
