Steps

Thinly slice meat and layer in glass pan.

Marinate for 12 hrs before placing on dehydrator

NOTE: double reciepe as needed to cover meat .

For Ground Jerky: use 3lbs meat for one receipe except water.

Grind meatuntill corser than hamburger

Add all ingredients mix well.

Place freeser paper and cover with another sheet of paper.

Roll untill flat ,cut into strips or use jerky shooter.

Dry in dehydrator oron a screenin oven set at lowest temp .. dry as desired.
