  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your arrowroot thoroughly

  2. 2

    Put them in a sufuria with just enough water

  3. 3

    Cover with a tight fitting lid

  4. 4

    Let your arrowroot cook /boil for 30 to 45 min

  5. 5

    Best served after it has cooled down

  6. 6

    Serve with tea
