    The "Kraut's" Kitchen I saw the recipe, liked it and then could not find it anymore. So I improvised as follows: 1 box of rigatoni noodles. 3 oz. Piece of parmesan cheese 1 jar of none chunky spaghetti sauce 1 lb. Ground beef 1 8oz cups of ricotta cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella Some garlic salt, fresh garlic 1 egg I sauteed the burger,( 12 inch skillet) added some garlic salt, dried onions. Drained fat and added jar of sauce While that was simmering away ( covered) I boiled the entire box of rigatoni al dente in my 8 quart executive pot. While that was boiling I made the ricotta filling with by adding the egg, parsley, fresh squeezed garlic and parmesan. Filled in a large freezer bag and snipped the corner off. I coated the 9 inch spring form with butter. Now here is the important part ( I think) Drained the noodles in large mesh colander( do not rinse) and grated some fresh parmesan cheese over it. Now comes the fun part. Fill the entire spring form with noodles standing up. Add mo
