Heat oil in a pan add zeera when splutter add dry masala,ginger green chilli and mix well. cover it adding little water.stire in between when it become soft dry all the water and switch off gas.add gram masala

Soak papad for 3-4minutes so that it become soft.

Leave it for 4-5 minutes.it become soft now fill the cooked peas in it you can add onion also

.now fold it like envelop and seal it's all sides.heat little oil in non-stick pan and shallow fry from both sides.

It is ready to eat
