Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3 cupsWhite beans
  • 1cookomg spoon Red oil
  • 4 piecesUnripe plantain
  • Salt
  • 2Knorr seasoning
  • 1Onion
  • 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  • 1 teaspoonDry black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonginger and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beans for 30minuyes and wash and boil back again.

  2. 2

    Add wayer but ot wont cover the beans.put salt,ginger,garlic and onion.

  3. 3

    Wait for the beans to be soft then put the plantain(peel.and cut it)crayfish,dry black pepper and knorr seasoning.

  4. 4

    After 10minutes,top up water if need be and put the palmoil.

  5. 5

    Boil for 10minutes and then stir and cover it again to boil for 4minutes.
