1 dashsalt
1 dashfranks hot sauce

spread spinach on top of cream chesse

dash on franks hot sauce

roll the chicken and use a toothpick to hold together

warm the pan (#5)

place chicken on pan and cook until there is no pick on the chicken (keep turning the rolls to cook evenly)
