Melt butter.

Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Store in remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.

For each crepe, lightly butter 8 inch skillet, breast over medium heat until bubbly. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom. Brown lightly on both sides.

Roll each crepe with favorite preserves or other filling.
