Preheat oven to 350°F.

In medium saucepan melt butter. Add milk and 2 Tbs. taco seasoning. Remove from heat and add potato flakes.

Press mixture into 10 inch pie pan.

Bake 7-10 minutes until it barely turns brown.

In medium skillet brown beef and onions. Drain. Add salsa and the remainder of the taco seasoning. Cook until bubbly.

Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.

Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Cut and serve with sour cream.

Can also use a store bought pie crust.
