crush oreo and digestive biscuits and mix together. melt butter and add to biscuit crumbs. mix ingredients together. flatten into round tin and refrigerate for an hour

after the hour passed whisk together the rest of the ingredients until thick (tip bowl upside down and no mixture should drip out)

Take base out of fridge and smooth the cream topping over the base. refrigerate fir at least a further hour.

use whatever you like to top the cheese cake. I used lemon curd
