My corned beef, cabbage, & potatoes meal slow cooked shredded w vegetables

Remove brisket from pckg, place in lrg cooking pot (1 you would use for soup or stock), drizzle w some oil (I use evoo you can use what you like), then season w salt a pepper. Make sure that the oil & seasoning is spread well all over. On high heat, brown the brisket on all sides. Remove from heat (only so you can add other ing), reduce heat to low. Now, add broth or water to just come the an in or so above brisket. Next remove the heart from the cabbage & cut the cabbage up into lrg pieces. Add to the pot. Next, ¼ the potatoes & onions & add all to the pot, add in the pepper corn pckt that came w the brisket. Cover & cook til it's done. Mine has been cooking all day (since abt 9 last night & I shredded it, around 11 am or so). After shredding, add bck to the pot. Add 1 bag of cauliflower & add some normandy vegetables. Cover & continue to cook. As soon as veggies are done, it's ready to eat! Enjoy!
