Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 slicechicken breast cut into small pieces
  2. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 2 tbspcorn starch
  4. 1/2magi chicken broth cupe (add it to 1/4 cup of warm water)
  5. 1 packagesfettuccine pasta
  6. 1 tspmiced green ginger
  7. 5 clovegarlic miced
  8. 1butter (add as much as u like)
  9. 1mushroom
  10. 150 mlWhipping cream

Cooking Instructions

    add soy sauce,corn starch and magi chicken broth to the chicken and leave it aside.

    boil water then add the pasta to it with 1 tablespoon salt (follow Instructions on the package)

    heat the pan on a medium heat then add the butter till melted then add the garlic ,ginger for a couple minutes till it becomes light golden.

    add the chicken with its sauce then stir fast (make sure the corn starch is dissolved), stir till the chicken cooks well.

    add mushrooms and stir.

    add the pasta and stir again.

    lastly add the whipping cream and stir well and let the cream cook till it bubbles (just a lil bit dont let it over cook).

    add lil bit of magi dissolved in a warm water if u think its not salty enough.

    then serve with cheese on top if u like.
