Steps

Take thawed tilapia- dry it off with a paper towel.

Sprinkle salt and pepper [to taste] on both sides.

Coat both sides of tilapia with thin layer of flour

Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan on medium heat.

Put tilapia in pan and sear for approximately 4 minutes or until it is slightly brown on bottom.

Flip. Repeat on other side.

When fish flakes easily with a fork, it is finished!
