
Oreo / Peanut Butter Cup dessert

Crush 16 sandwich cookies then toss crumbs in softened butter. Press into a ungreased 9" square dish. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and one cup of confectionery sugar, until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups.

In another large bowl, beat milk, pudding mix and the remaining confectionery sugar for 2 minutes on low speed, set aside for 2 minutes until mixture becomes soft-set. Then fold in remainding whipped topping. Spread over peanut butter cups.

Crush remaining cookies then sprinkle over whipped topping. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
