Ingredients

  • 4 mediumchicken pieces
  • 4 mediumcarrots
  • 3 smallred grapes
  • 1 packagessmall butter
  • 1 cupred wine
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspwhite pepper

Steps

    First,cook the chicken in a pan,with some butter.Slowly add salt and pepper(you cand ad other ingredients if you want to).When the chicken is well fried on both sides add a little bit of win.Cover the pan and cook at a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.Then,add the grapes,and leave there for another 5 minutes.Stir well.

    Now take the carrotes and clean them.Take a pan,and brush it with butter.Put the carrotes inside the pan.(you can add vegetables if you want,even potatoes.

    Put the carrotes in a preheatten oven,at 200°F,and leave there untill they are moist.Cover the pan with aluminium foil.(i left the carrotes for 8-10 minutes)

    After the chicken is well cocked,take another pan and brush it with butter.put the chicken and grapes in it.Add carrotes,and put in the preheatted oven for 10-13 minutes.
