1potatoes (your choice what kind) cut in 1 inch chunks
1 mediumonion
1/2 stickof butter
1salt and pepper
1garlic powder (optional)
1grated cheese (optional)

line baking sheet with foil and spread out uncooked potato chunks.

slice onion and spread it out on top of potatos.

season with all spices

drizzle melted butter over top of potonions
5

add cheese if desired
6

cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour
