Easy Broccoli and Cheese Omelette

Grab a medium sized skillet and put it on the stove at medium heat.

Break four eggs into a bowl with some black pepper. Whisk with a fork.

Cut up the broccoli stalk into small pieces.

When the egg's edges come up easily with a spatula, throw the broccoli in.

When the edges turn a nice golden brown, add a handful of cheddar.

Flip half of the egg over onto itself. Let it cook for about a full minute on each side.

Cheesy goodness.
