Ingredients

  • 8 ozimitation crab meat
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1louisiana hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    in a double boiler heat/soften cream cheese

  2. 2

    add imitation crab and lemon juice. stir to ensure a smooth texture

  3. 3

    add 5-10 squirts of hot sauce to taste

  4. 4

    serve hot or cold
