to make chocolate sauce place cream and syrup in a sauce pan on a low heat and add in all chocolate. keep sauce moving so doesn't stick or burn

mix all flour in a bowl then add olive oil and 450ml of boiling water. beat it with a fork to het rid of any lumps . then rest dough for 10 minutes

put oil in a large sauce pan and heat to 170ºc

place dough in piping bag and squeeze out dough on to 3-4 cm strips and fry in oil for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden

then sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar and serve
