Scrambled eggs with whole grain toast
Steps

Prepare the sauce pan, heat it up

If you have a toaster oven, put in the bay leaf and toast it till brown. You can also use the oven to do this or heat it on a pan.

Crush the the bay leaf into the sauce pan. Chop the coriander and oregano into the sauce pan. Leave it there until fragrant.

Add in butter

Break and add in the eggs into the sauce pan off the fire. Put the sauce pan back on the fire later

Continously stir and every 1 minute, cook it on the fire and off the fire

Midway, season with salt and pepper

Towards the end, add in creme fresh

Leave it on the heat for a bit to keep it heated, adding in creme fresh drops the temperature of the eggs. Remember to continously stir.

Take it off the heat, add in olive oil. Stir

Add in cajun pepper

Toast whole grain bread.
