My take on the classic, Quiche.

I had leftover frozen pastry, so I made this pie for dinner.It's easier to make if you prepare the pastry on parchment paper and then place it on a baking tray as-is. This way, it won't stick. You don't have to make small cuts. Just covering and placing cuts here and there is fine. Adjust the temperature and times according to your oven. Recipe by shoken mama

To be honest, I was going to make some empanadas, but I started doing some silly things since I got this mixer for Christmas. I ended up making dough and thought a pot pie would be better. I’m not going to lie, I thought I ruined this in the last stages... but remarkably, it came out reasonable. (If using a cast iron skillet, I would recommend increasing the crust measurements by 50%. Better to have too much dough than not enough).

Putting a spin on your normal Cheeseburger! Serve with normal Cheeseburger toppings on the side so people can build what they like! Its delish!

Yum! Quick and easy. Serve immediately hot, or allow to cool uncovered, then wrap and keep the fridge for a tasty cold snack or picnic treat.
