Marinate chicken for about 30 minutes. I like to use the lemon pepper marinade from McCormick's Grill Mates

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

Cook chicken in a pan until it is done.

Chop mushrooms, peppers, and broccoli. If you use frozen broccoli, microwave for about 2 minutes before adding to the chicken.

Once chicken is cooked, add broccoli and peppers. Add olive oil as needed to help veggies cook.

Once peppers and broccoli begin to soften, add in the mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper and some garlic powder
- 8
Let chicken & veggies simmer together.

Serve over rice or with a baked potato!
