BBQ CHEDDAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE OVER CORNBREAD

Steps

preheat oven to 350°

slice pepper and onion
- 3
cut each breast in half and seer both sides but do not cook all the way through it will finish cooking in the oven
- 4
after chicken is seered cut into cubes and place in bowl with onions peppers and bbq sauce to coat the ingredients well
- 5
grease a medium cake pan well.

in separate bowl mix cornbread as directed on the boxes. pour cornbread into greased cake pan making sure it spreads evenly.

spoon on the bbq chicken and vegetables evenly over the cornbread mix
- 8
sprinkle desired amount of cheese on top and bake for 20 min or until cheese is melted and the cornbread is cooked through
