
Spring's Soft Corn Shell Tacos

Steps

Gather and Prepare all ingediants.

Place Vegitable Oil in Sauce Pan and Put Aside on Stove.

On medium to medium high heat, brown the Ground Beef in a deep skillet.

Drain the grease from frying pan.

Place frying pan back on stove.
- 6
Follow directions on Taco Seasoning Mix Package and add to Browned Ground Beef, Simmer about ten (10) minutes.

Place saucepan of Vegitable Oil on stove (medium high) to heat. Do NOT boil.

Turn off burner for the Browned Ground Beef.

Place one (1) Soft Corn Shell gently into Heated Vegitable Oil.

Using a fork to stir and turn over, Fry Shell about ten (10) seconds, each side.

Remove Shell from Oil using the fork, and placing it onto a napkin in your other hand.

Spoon about two (2) Tablespoons of Ground Beef onto shell.

Fold Napkin diagnaly with Shell inside. Place shell onto a cookie sheet.

Repeat steps 9 - 13, for each Soft Corn Shell untill each is done, placing them in rows onto cookie sheet.

Dress each taco with your desired toppings (Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, Salsa, Hot Sauce, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream).
