1 boxyellow cake mix
1 boxsmall instant pistacio pudding
1 cupoil
3eggs
1/2 cupchopped nuts
1 1/3 cup7up
1frosting
1 boxdream whip 1sm box pistacio pudding
1 1/4 cupmilk.

combine cake mix and pudding. blend oil and 7 up add to cake mix. add eggs one at time stirring after each addition add nuts. bake @ 350% for 40 min.

whip all ingredients together until thickens. chill until cake is cool. then frost.
