place mango in a bowl.

add salt, sugar, garlic, cilantro and pepper. mix together.

heat oil and add Massala, stir and leave to cook for 2-3 mins until bubbling slightly or Massala sent is strong be careful as it burns easily.

add mango mix and stir until evenly coated. turn off stove, let cool and enjoy. Try some on the side of curry dishes.
