3/4 cupsugar
2 tspvanilla
1/2 tspgrated limon peel
for crust
1 stickbutter
2 cupcheerios

heat oven to 350

prepare crust but do not bake

beat chees slightly

add egg,sugar,vanilla and lemon peel .

beat until light and fluffy .pour into crust

bake until firm,about 35minutes
