  • Salad
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1cucumber
  • 4green onions
  • 1 cupquinoa, uncooked
  • 1avocado
  • 1 pintsof cherry tomatoes
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cuptamari
  • 1inch piece of ginger
  • 2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cupeach of water, tahini and chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2lemons, juiced
  • 2 clovegarlic

  1. 1

    Cook quinoa according to package instructions

  2. 2

    Chop all vegetables

  3. 3

    Blend all dressing ingredients (tahini onwards) in food processor

  4. 4

    Mix vegetables and quinoa, and pour dressing over salad
