Steps

Roast in fry pan on stove top:- Tomatoes Garlic (in skin) Chilly / Jalapeno turning occasionally for 10 to 15 mins until skin is evenly charred.

Remove Garlic from skin place in Mortar (Processor) wih pinch of rock salt Mash then add Chilly / Jalapeno ad 2 Tomatoes then the last 2 Tomatoes mash together.

Place in choped Onion & Coriander stir squeeze juice of 1 lime in stir.

Eat with chips etc
