Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Get half frozen (cuts better) thighs and cut them long ways then put in COLD water to thaw

After chicken thaw's put on plate with paper towel on the bottom n top of chicken to dry

Wash peppers n cut into long strips ( Cut the amount you want to use)

Cut Ham in to kinda thick medium strips

wisk egg into bowl

Take the chicken out of pepper towel n put flat with side that's bin cut faceing up then place peppers n ham sideways

then roll place in egg make sure the hole chicken has egg on it then place on bk down on plate or w.e you useing put tooth pick in so won't UN roll

Then add your bread crumbs Covering hole chicken

put cooking pray or in Ur have tin foil That works to...onto a baking pan then place rolled chicken on pan then into oven

keep in for aprx 30 to 40 mins no need for flipping ..I just go by eye so check them after 30min or less
