Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes with skin on

Drain,let cool,peel skin off

Slice potatoes bout half inch thick

In saute pan,melt tablespoon butter

Add bacon,onion saute till soft and bacon cooked,add sliced potatoes, and parsley

Serve as a side
