Steps

on skillet melt butter and add garlic turning with spoon for a min or two on med to low heat

on a sepreate container, mix flour with parm cheese, salt and pepper
- 3
add milk to flour mix stirring it well until mix is fully dissolved into milk
- 4
add milk/flour mux onto garlic buttered skillet on low heat until thickened
- 5
sprinkle parsley for garnish and flavor
- 6
serve over pasta, veggies, chicken, or fish, and enjoy!! ;-)
