brown sausage in frying pan until thoroughly cooked.

drain fat and place sausage on paper towels and set aside

cut shapes out of bread using beverage glass

take remaining bread and tear into pieces

in medium bowl beat the eggs
- 6
add milk, mushroom soup, salt and dry mustard to eggs and mix well

in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish, layer pieces of bread, then sausage, then cheese, then place bread shapes on top

slowly pour egg mixture over everything, being sure to saturate each piece of bread

cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours before baking

when ready to bake, tent foil over casserole bad bake 350 for 1 hour.

remove foil last 15 minutes to brown
