Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2green pepper diced
  • 1 mediumonion diced
  • 4 cloveof garlic minced
  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 12stuffed manzanilla olives
  • 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 smallcan of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbspadobo

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with onion, garlic and green pepper.

  2. 2

    Drain and add olives and raisins. Allow to simmer for five minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cumin powder and adobo. Stir and add the tomato sauce.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low to medium heat for twenty to thirty minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve over white rice. Enjoy!
