Ingredients

  1. Pudding
  2. 3 cupHot water
  3. 2 tbspAgar powder
  4. 1 1/4 cupSugar
  5. 500 ml35% Cream
  6. 1 canMango puree
  7. 3 cuproom temperature Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve agar in 3 cups of hot water using double boiling method

  2. 2

    Add sugar, stir

  3. 3

    Filter undissolved agar

  4. 4

    Add mango puree, stir

  5. 5

    Add 3 cups of water to cold down the temperature

  6. 6

    Add cream, stir

  7. 7

    Pour in the mold immediately

  8. 8

    Put in the fridge for an hour before serving
