  2. 1/4 lbGround pork
  3. 1 mediumFinely chopped onion
  4. 1 largeFinely chopped Carrot
  5. 1 canItalian crushed tomato or chopped tomato with herbs
  6. 1 cupRed wine
  7. 2/3 lbPene or pappardelle
  8. 3 tbspOlive oil
  9. 1Salt & pepper
  10. 1Fresh parmiggiano reggiano

    Fill a large pan of cold water add some salrt to boil for the pasta

  2. 2

    Preheat the pan over medium high, cook beef and pork for abt 2 mins . Then add onion & carrot and cook abt 5~7 mins
