  • 1/2 cupmargarine or butter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 3crushed bananas
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupchopped nuts (optional)

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    crush bananas and whip until very light

  3. 3

    cream butter and sugar

  4. 4

    add eggs

  5. 5

    add flour

  6. 6

    add soda and nuts

  7. 7

    turn into well greased bread pan

  8. 8

    bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
