Steps

Firstly chop the carrot,onion and .Chop the garlic clove.

melt the butter in a stock pot and add the onion,pepper and carrot.Sweat till soft.

Add the garlic and milk and simmer for 10 mins with the lid on

Add the rest of the ingredients except the corn flour and simmer

Add the chopped chicken ad allow to cook.

mix the corn four with a little cold water then add to the pot to thick to required thickness.
