175 gramsflour
125 gramsmargarine
125 gramsbrown sugar
2eggs
3 largebananas
1/2bottle of Well's Banana Bread Beer (drink the rest)

Sift the baking powder and flour together.

Separately, cream together the margarine and sugar.

To the margarine and sugar mix add the eggs and smashed up bananas.

Gradually mix in the flour.

Add the beer and extra flour as needed to keep the consistency.

Pour into loaf tin and bake at gas mark 3/160°C for about an hour until lightly brown on top.
